LMAO!!! Please provide one example of where Asher or KBM was prosecuted for violations of the criminal usury laws. Why have you avoided the question of why hasn't Asher or KBM ever been prosecuted for violation of the Usury laws - find one example of where the defendant in a Asher or KBM lawsuit has been successful using a Usury defense against them.

You are copying and pasting information that isn't germane to the KBM complaint.

I am going to assume you haven't read the KBM Promissory Note - here you go:

KBM WORLDWIDE, INC., a New York corporation, or registered assigns (the "Holder") the sum of $43,000.00 together with any interest as set forth herein, on October 6, 2015 (the "Maturity Date"), and to pay interest on the unpaid principal balance hereof at the rate of eight percent (8%) (the "Interest Rate") per annum from the date hereof (the "Issue Date") until the same becomes due and payable, whether at maturity or upon acceleration or by prepayment or otherwise. This Note may not be prepaid in whole or in part except as otherwise explicitly set forth herein. Any amount of principal or interest on this Note which is not paid when due shall bear interest at the rate of twenty two percent (22%) per annum from the due date thereof until the same is paid ("Default Interest"). Interest shall commence accruing on the date that the Note is fully paid and shall be computed on the basis of a 365-day year and the actual number of days elapsed.

In the case law you cited - first was a Pro Se defense and the the note was for $100,000 and $110,000 was due in 90 days - which is a interest rate of 40%.

The question then becomes - why has HJOE had a history of converting many notes with the same terms as KBM - that will be hard to defend.

And in the response to the KBM complaint - HJOE admitted they fraudulently obtained the loan when they stated that they knew at the time of the loan they couldn't repay it.

Adamson and Veal are scamming weasels that have a history of not repaying their debt.

You are defending the indefensible and just like when you were posting that HJOE would get millions in a settlement with PLN and were proven wrong - I will be right about the KBM lawsuit - HJOE will be forced to settle.

The investment community understands that HJOE is a share selling scheme - and that trying to fight the KBM lawsuit is more about pumping than fighting the convertible note.

Hell, HJOE has already converted numerous notes for billions of shares.

News flash HJOE idiots your scam has been exposed.

HJOE where are the financials - you are missing audited financials for 2014 and 2015.
