This patent that was awarded seems like all the things EPGL is claiming but filed long before EPGL filed in 2014 and awarded to this person Anton Sabeta from Toronto, Canada

This notification was just sent to EPGL lawyer today but was discussed in April. It will be interesting to hear EPGL's position on this...
