Sometimes it feels that way but you just never know. I think TWTR will eventually put everything in place to monetize their business.
I wouldn't hold TWTR if it was my only stock, but it is one of many I own with a Long term thought pattern in mind. So you have traders and investors in the stock that each own it for different reasons.
To me it's not a waste of time or money based on where it is today.
Hopefully a year or two from now I won't be agreeing with you. :)
