Why they haven't filed, and are delinquent? Well, several things come to mind.

Maybe they cannot afford the accounting help to prepare filings.

Or, maybe they have awarded themselves shares again, or taken on massive toxic debt.

Who knows the shenanigans that go on when a company goes dark?
