Filed my Complaint:

We believe there has been excessive shorting/naked shorting by disgruntled PIPE holders, to wit: ahmad arfaania and ed mikkin.

We believe they are trying to destroy our company by shorting against restricted stock certificates.

The trading has been Extreme, given the share structure supplied by the Transfer Agent: Authorized: 300M, Outstanding: 118M, Restricted 85M. Float: 33M

We think they may be flooding the market from off shore brokerages. We also think some market makers may be complicit in this scheme.
