To ATDM, another lawsuit is like throwing another log on the fire.

According to the 10-Q, they're already facing 19 lawsuits.

Hey, c’mon man… what’s not to like?! So along with promises of profitability, there’s an announcement of a $35M offer which should benchmark the PPS at $1.50. Knowing all that good stuff like the rest of us, and if memory is accurate, for whatever reason THE major shareholder foolishly starts dumping 2.7M shares for less than .50! Wow, what a goof when you've got a solid buck and half in the pocket! And over those weeks while he unloads, the PPS slides and slides with oversupply… and this all happens before the 10Q and 10K are released. Boy is that uncanny timing, or what!
