Seymour's and Diwan's 11-year pattern of lying, failure, and deceptions are the only things that are relevant.

The only possible explanations for why Seymour was raising money from investors with his absurdly impossible timelines in 2005 are:

1) He's a liar and fraudster,

2) He's completely clueless about drug development, and too stupid or lazy to have consulted experts;

or

3) He's senile.


To prove how far out and lost in LaLa land Seymour really is, NNVC has failed to complete *any* first steps on this chart that he used to raise money ELEVEN years ago!

After ELEVEN YEARS and $63 MILLION spent!!!
