I called the EFS Audio office in Utah and the main building operator stated that she had never heard of the interim president appointed by Shykora. That name was not on her phone list. This concerns me. In addition, I cannot get anyone to pick up the phone in the actual EFS Utah office. I get a voicemail, then hit zero and get the main building operator. (Not affiliated with EFS)

This company needs to be more transparent and provide regular updates on the status of the merger. I can see why people think this is a scam. I hope it is not and we can all makes lots of money on this stock. I guess time will tell. I agree with filing complaints with the SEC. We need to get to the bottom of this. I have already filed a complaint.
