It is. Lockwood is too big of an idiot to know when to fold em. He still thinks Covey hung the moon and Covey knows this and can basically screw his whipping boy any time he feels the need. Just like the $20K that Moto paid MTVX for stealing patents, Lockwood is still denying this even though Covey has admitted receiving the settlement. Lockwood is still denying that Cerner evicted MTVX out of their building, lawsuit by Cerner asking for back rent verifies this. Ask Lockwood about Covey stealing patents and you'll get nothing, another lawsuit pending. Can't make this stuff up.
