If I had to pick I'd say $100m for the currently deployed tech (on certain assumptions about the IDIQ and other opportunities), plus $150m for the combined use of ETD with other tech in airports, plus $150m for the additional value/potential of the IP, so $400m in total. But my opinion on it is worth less than the ink used to type it.
