Phase 2 for aquisitions can bring in huge revenue and net income dollars quickly to the company making their enterprise value increase 5-10 fold. Boom!

Phase 3 revalues the company and opens the company on a major exchange making the current share go from .50, $1 (who cares) to the new valuation which will be way north of $5.

What's not to like!
