It will happen. Matter of fact. IMO one day MJ will be legalized throughout the USA. So either way, it just takes time. The USA government does not want to admit they have been lying to the public for years about MJ and how useful it is. They can not hide those facts forever.
It would be the ultimate hypocrisy for them to approve this medical marijuana study for veterans and then decide to keep marijuana a schedule 1 drug. Effectively saying marijuana has no medical use. LOL
