Fair enough, but if it only worked on 30% of patients how did it skew the results so much? If it did, no one knows of course. My point is if you can't beat the control, you are not better than what is currently available. Why pphm had such an early first lookin and where is Garnick are the two things I am curious about.

Not necessarily true Carboat about Opdivo making Bavi unimportant....you forget it works only in about 30% of patients....Bavi worked as well and Bavi tends to work with a much larger percentage. Just saying.



What??? You somehow got that from Sunrise being stopped at the first futility analysis. That is truly amazing. Not only was Sunrise stopped at the first futility analysis, PPHM halted all trials of Bavi + Chemo.
How in the world are some here claiming the Sunrise was a success because the control arm had the best survival data in the history of clinical trials. If that were true PPHM wouldn't have stopped all its Bavi + Chemo trials.
