FBEC is once again back on the Pink Sheet tier...thanks in part to them not filing on time and now that FBEC is back on the Pink tier, it will be more susceptible to huge spreads between the bid and ask. Today is a good example. FBEC hit .01 today which btw is a new YTD low. You are correct...this is a step in the wrong direction. Hopefully, they will file the 10Q in the days to come.
