On May 19th it dropped (although briefly) to 2c, minutes ago it was just at 10c and the bid price was at 6c, the ask was at 15c. Now the share price is showing 14c yet the bid and ask are exactly the same as when it was 10c.
The gaps are too large to be anything but disturbing. Consider that the volume is pretty low and the gaps are so wide, it is very likely that once you buy into this stock you may have trouble selling at the price point you need to be profitable at the current levels.
