The investigation and lawsuits of the NSS as mentioned earlier or the possible case in Rocktober, that may or may not happen. If the SEC does not settle before then.

Them and Chris have much in common. The long delay for the filings audits it is said he is trying to cover his alleged misappropriating of monies to be used for the filings, and the SEC who knows if the Hard Dfive goes public it{s lights out for them.

Small trade today of 124 shares ......

Shareholders have caught wind of the Supreme Courts decision announced not to long ago and are holding on to their shares.

It'll be interesting to see the Hedge Funds begin going out of business and those that illegally obtained NSS from them losing their shorts
