Nice deal on the warrants/
OncoSec has agreed to sell to such investors an aggregate of 5,509,642 shares of its common stock, or pre-funded warrants in lieu thereof, at a price of $1.815 per share.
Additionally, investors will receive warrants to purchase up to an aggregate of 5,509,462 shares of common stock at an exercise price of $1.69 per share for a term of 9 years.
The warrants are immediately exercisable on the date of issuance.
