Because the new agreement isn't as clear on that point as the one with Argonaut. This agreement says " Under the 50/50 joint venture agreement, MarMar will operate the mine and carry all costs." That doesn't necessarily mean that they won't be reimbursed from the proceeds before the split.

8 seems to feel that the split will occur on the gross. I hope he's right.
