Yes!. How can any shareholder with more than two brain cells ever believe that a share designed to keep them from having a voice in their company is in their benefit?

Like the shareholders would ever consider hiring Vakser with his track record of failed scams to run the company.

I completely agree - why doesn't Vakser post a copy of the Judgement against Linduff that he said he sent to FINRA.

Vakser, post a copy of the Judgement against Kent so investors will have an "open and transparent" view of the company! It should be stickied on this board.

Vakser and the truth just aren't compatible.

I suggest that every new scam Vakser starts it is tracked down and exposed - and put this guy out of business.
