Payouts are strange for a donor in California. Again this year we see several going into eastern Ohio including a fat $1,600 to a YMCA in Massillon. Two gifts went into Canton OH a few miles away. Of the 13 donations, five went to the Ohio/Pittsburgh area. What's the connection?
I presume someone has a kid or grandkid at that St Peters Prep School in Jersey City. It received $2,910. Tuition is about $15,000.
"One Fund" is to aid victims of the Boston Marathon bombing.
For an old guy who lived in a LA mansion called Lorchland, the donations are skimpy. Compare with the large section of his Wikipedia entry devoted to his "Philanthropy." Perhaps he donates other than thru his foundation, but I doubt it.
