Mike from a long term shareholder. Capstone could due Fifty Million a year if no one in the investment community knows about it, it will stay at two cents. My take there will be no reverse split until the share price and volume increases.JMO

I believe that Stewart and the BOD will go through with the reverse split. Bull, Lets look at the facts. Capstone is a 2 cent stock trading on the pink sheets. I doubt if many prudent investors go fishing for investments in the pinks. Also, many investor stock screens rule out stocks below a dime.

CAPC @ 35 cents invites more micro and nano cap investors to take a look. The next step should be a listing on the OTCBB.

Stewart and company isn't getting any younger and he knows that with the recent business momentum now is the time to capitalize on their success. Also, from what I've seen, Stewart is very conservative and deliberately understates the potential of this company and stock. He never touts and promotes like many other CEO's. An example is the recent 2016 Q1. He first stated revenues at $ 1.6 million, then upped it to $ 1.9 million before the final tally at $ 2.1 million. He is definitely doing the same with Q 2 and Q 3. I really believe that Q 2 will be over $ 10 million
The real wild card is Q 4 when the CPC Bulbs hit the market. I just can't wait!!! It will be fricken awesome!!

We can't predict short term investor behavior and resultant actions, however I will be a happy camper when 2016 results come in with over $28 million top line and close to $5 million net income. The truth will ultimately prevail.

I know you and many others waited a long time but I believe that Capstone will no longer remain our "secret"

Peace and health
Mike

I don't think they would have filed the 8-K unless the RS was imminent, and I will be surprised if they don't execute it fairly soon. The interesting thing to me is that they know they have the votes to authorize the RS internally, so why file an 8-K announcing their intention prior to authorizing it? I'm guessing that this 8-K is part of a strategy to hopefully energize the investors and gain a small bump in the price before actually executing the RS.
