Hell yeah it's complicated cause ppl who are under control medication they need something that only give them the amount of the medication they have been prescribed so they don abuse it and in the same time it has to have certain code or some that they can't use it twice a day if they need it and extra dose cause u have to allow them to take one extra dose if need it or they will freak out and got really mad it's sensitive and complicated but it's I need
