Hey, we all make mistakes... (ok, maybe this thing will bear fruit in this life time) and being non US you have more difficulty with the PP cert.
A few years ago I was having trouble placing PP certs. I think it was at the suggestion of WIV, that I try wells fargo. WF did take them but at the time really no other options as I remember. WF can be expensive to deal with, and I would not be surprised if they no longer accepted penny stock paper. I have a friend who has a cert in his safe (yes he still talks to me) and claims no one will accept, but I think he needs to make more effort here in the US. His hope is IF we get good news that moves the needle north enough, that companies will no longer treat the cert like it is radio active and accept it. GLTY friend.
Maybe a good thing I do not have a wife, I would never hear the end of it for my blunder...unless of course I kept it top secret.
