Clearly, he's not keen on hedging.. But remember.....this is the Intel board......real men never hedge Intel shares. Of course for any Intel share holder, converting a very small percentage of Intel holdings to AMD when AMD was below $2 would have been a PERFECT hedge against any AMD incursion into the Intel server space. ...my God....a then over 15:1 conversion ratio. But noooooooooo! Now.... if AMD is even only modestly competitive with their new ZEN design, Intel faces a potential server chip price war........remember AMD has less than 1% share currently.
