If the trial results are as hopeful as we all like them to be and I was part of GILD managment, I'd want to make sure either we owned the rights of PRO 140 before anymore positive data was released and it was to get onto every BP radar. They could grab this for 1B and shove it into their sock draw for the time being or develop it to market and use it along with their already approved cocktail. 1B is chump change to a company like GILD.
It's all about the data. I don't think June 20 is the tell all end all of what may transpire going forward, but it will give us an idea of how BP fells about it.
