In the article , Egypt's economy is in shambles, 40% inflation. Libya is a mess and Syria as well. They all have in common that Obama supported the overflow of the leadership of all 3 countries, Russia stopped Syria. It seems Obama is dismantling economies everywhere he goes, sad.
