My rection is that this is NOT men't to bash, but IVXX's problems are dramatic and significant and, while no attorney, may well rise to a material event that should have been disclosed to investors who were being led to believe that IVXX was selling so quickly it wasn't to be found on any shelves for sale. Seems very potentially troubling to me?
