That's boiler plate statements.All OTC Qss and Kss have that language.You have to dig in and see how many toxic loans they have and when they will hit .This company seems they are doing a great job clearing out there toxic debt.

Yes, net loss only $107k which is outstanding improvement considering it was almost $300k last year.
accumulated deficit is meaningless number for me in otc. As well as forward looking statements. . They all have it.
