As with any stocks I play in the markets, the laws of probability are on my side. These filings are governed by the security exchange laws, and must meet requirements outlined in rule 15c2-11. All of these companies that have opted to publicly file reports filled with unambiguous numbers, effectively exposing themselves to the SEC, are not going to so stupidly commit legal suicide. Ask yourself just how smart the CEO is, or even their attorneys are. You cant have it both ways.
And where is the proof that I-Texts, Unitiv, & Seagate don't exist? They certainly appear to be quite real, with websites, licenses, and letters of incorporation.
