Are the Directors the majority shareholders? Maybe a major shareholder has applied pressure due to the falling share price?

Maybe the company is going in a new direction yet to be determined?

Maybe the two who resigned are setting up a new company together?

I don't know the answer to that question sorry.

Maybe it was also the Press Release from yesterday that shows their patent is almost approved and maybe the Directors who are leaving were tasked with seeing through the patent application?

See the press release for yourself. Maybe that was why the stock started to run yesterday and also as it was coming off it's bottom for the year?
