We will see what they will get at the end but comparing this company over time can be extremely misleading. When I first invested in early 2010, they had 15mn shares outstanding and few millions of debt. So from a stock price perspective yes, someone at some point could have paid them 2 when the whole EV would correspond to a much smaller figure. Now, 2 per share is close to 425-430mn EV which is a very good figure in my view. Of course as indicated several times, we don't have the necessary info to value this properly and the tech but people need to have some basis or info to have an idea is all I want to say. I keep my base at 1.5 per share and will be very happy with the more than 100% return over the current sp.
