That was supposed to be the point of Power Brands and the "giants in the shadows" that were going to give that guidance and provide the connections to navigate the industry to grow the company. Coke and Pepsi aren't going to get involved with this at an early unproven stage (which still makes no sense why the products have almost disappeared if so successful and the R/S was just to uplist like the story claimed). They could hire another consultant and might make sense if they are serious about making Fizz a success, but that should have happened the second PB was out to rebound. That has been a big question for a lot of us actually, Vanis had said he didn't have any beverage industry experience and Ezra was there for that purpose, so how is this supposed to be expanded and become a national success now with just the mining guys running it? Even if Ezra didn't live up to expectations and the "giants" did nothing, what experience do Vanis and Messina have besides the random execution of Coffee Boost and Fizzin the past?
And another thing, this "the O/S only went up 3 million" cheering...how much did the float increase? That seems to be what the promos were about and created some volume to get those moved into shareholders' hands and why the pps continues dropping despite the accumulation. The float has now doubled since the R/S and still very weak revenues coming in compared to the expenses. The float and O/S will continue to go up unless something major were to happen given the deficit, the LOC 8K didn't give MINE a new $3 million to work with, it's mainly to pay back what is owed already from the past rollout, which is amazingly all back to square one to launch the products (wtf?).
