I suppose as long as there are willing attorneys like Laura Anthony and her shell broker husband Michael Anthony / Michael Pollaccia around, we'll continue to see this problem.

It's obvious HESG is ripe for an illegal hijacking, basically they have nothing, not even a CEO. Plus the SOS has "administratively dissolved" their registration. All the pieces are in place, the SEC has been notified. They've done nothing.
