The warrants are in play as long as the common stock is in play or until their individually stated expiration dates. The value of the warrants hinges on whether the stock price rises above the exercise price (in CDN $) for any given warrant. If the exercise price never exceeds the actual PPS, the intrinsic value of the warrant is $0.00. There is also a time value associated with each warrant that continuously degrades as the date approaches expiration. Not sure whether this is in conflict with your understanding but this is how it works.
It will never run unless financing is taken care of. Why do they leave it hanging over our heads ? Get it done, allow PPS to run, invest the proceeds to get interest, and buy back shares later on. I do think they would wind up with a fairly close number to 285 ish, either way. You think a lot less with this current strategy ??
