I agree. If they go through with the rs now, at $0.02 (or thereabouts), it will be interesting to see what it does to activity and price going forward. Maybe they don't think it will ever get to $0.10 without doing the rs but it sure would have a much bigger impact at $0.10 than it will at $0.02.
