Exactly when FINRA regulated securities are delayed with a filing, they receive a YIELD sign on OTCMARKETS and are not lynched from a tree for 20 consecutive life sentences.

Fraud? No FINRA disagrees and so does the SEC

With the completed merger LAST YEAR in September 2015 no more
filings are required.

What alternate universe is that true in? Even this fraud of a company wouldn't make that statement.
