as there is about 3 Million Rare Earth divvy's. Insert those for the 3 Million MIA certs in the 30 Million Class A


Forward split 3 Million MIA certs to 300,000,000. You'd need to buyout about 50 million and attach them to a OTCQX premier to complete a 100 Million SS at the company with 240 reported SEC shorts...

Leaving 250,000,000 at maybe $2 for 1/2 of a 500,000,000 SS NASDAQ REIT backed by GOLD...

Once merged with the other 1/2 maybe $1... or $500,000,000 the value placed the Mary Ann Claim here...
