Trouble is that only matters to us shareholders, not to potential big partner or to management. A negligible PPS can be offset by other goodies for management like huge bonuses or more option grants. A negligible PPs for shareholders is a different matter entirely.

I agree. We are chump for a JNJ but for us JNJ/VERB is nirvana and we do as they say to get us to the promised land. If we did a 1st/2nd generation though and the consumer knew about it, potential would be low sales and that would be bad PR. We want to come out of the gates running not limping.
