My take, considering the lack of buying at this PPS level after the past couple of PRs, I doubt they will be able to move forward with the PPS at no bid, or at .0001. In order to attract investors, they simply have no other option but to perform a reverse split. They need to raise money, and it's not happening right now. The dreaded RS put a damper on this stock. Only way past it is through it, IMO. We are destined for one sooner or later. I really don't see anyway around that.
