Debt, Dilution or bankruptcy.

Debt - Plug already went out and borrowed 30 million and used 25 million to finance their loss/lead lease program for Walmart. Nice to use Walmart name in Marketing but eventually you need to make a profit on sales. Locked in loss growth is no way to break even. Banks indicated to Plug, no Bank Financed loss leader lease programs, do it on Plugs dime.

Dilution - Issue more shares for more cash to burn, Plug has a history of doing this by burning thru one billion dollars. Allows management to remain in place and get more bonuses that they set the criteria for. Most likely option.

Bankruptcy - Unlikely option as management has stockholder support for spectacular revenue growth even without profit.

can you use non-GAAP numbers please?
revenue for the quarter was $30m+

also you fail to highlight the fact that cash on hand grew last quarter which doesn't lead to bankruptcy.

the only line that isn't affected by the different account practice is the shares outstanding line and that isn't showing mass dilution as you imply.

Your modelling has been thrown out by the use of PPA accounting.

can you do this for Tesla and solarcity and compare?

Business building nicely for break-even at the end of the year especially with the three new markets coming on line this year that aren't in the current numbers.

I don't think so. Plug plan is moving forward. Break even is going to be by end of year. Perhaps sooner. One more quarter of beating earnings expections coupled with the market digesting PLUG's new accounting method, a quick double from here by next ER. Several new PR's are overdue so the double could be a triple if everything lines up. Couple all that with the pent up frustration over the tax credit fiasco and if that just gets announced [and it will soon]
Then boom an easy double right there. If it all happens in this quarter, we could well be above 6 in the fall. Believe me! This I can tell you!!

The answer was debt! I'll keep 1.35 as my target.
