Here is a better shot, I guess we don't agree on what small is. There are like 80 parking spots and Invest West must use up most of them.

As far as Hypersolar goes I don't think the scientists are up to anything, they are just getting paid to do a job. It's the guys who grossly exaggerate the commercial viability of their research while pocketing lots of shareholder cash in the process that raise the red flags.

Carbon Sciences, led by Nelson's friend Beifuss (who leads Cumorah Capital) is the biggest culprit in this, their shifts from tech to tech are downright comical at times, and this character who led them for a while was great:

That guy is so hilarious I really doubt he even knew what he was talking about or doing. Straight from media and entertainment to promoting a company he knows nothing about. A true dreamer. The perfect guy for a VC who is dumping their converts to send around talking about how they are going make a successful company from converting tapped out natural gas wells into gasoline in the back of a semi trailer. It was pretty obvious from the canned speech Nelson gave about the 3D Cell that he really didn't know that much about it either.

My favorite is that after that idea completely failed they shifted to manufacturing graphene, probably for no other reason that to avoid having to change the name of the company. And when they claimed to be able to manufacture graphene, instead of actually doing what they said they would do, they decided that now they had to make the internet faster with the graphene instead of just selling it like they originally planned. These guys always tout their tech right up until they actually have to prove it will work, and pay themselves handsomely for it.
