The negative dialog around why insiders were selling was heavily promoted by you then as well as now and you were completely wrong about Pearl.

Pearl didn't sell on open market that's why, private transaction. Who knows what happened to those shares. But do you trust a VC that is run by the wife / family member of a convicted stock manipulator? I don't.
