I know a bit about accounting...probably about as much as you know the biometric field.

The Cash Flow Statement which is a required statement these days for companies to produce reconciles the cash position of the company to the stated Net Income. Because, yes, not all the net income, or loss, is caused by cash usage.

Then do explain the $4,926,000 General and Administrative Expenses. Any go to salaries? Any go to travel expenses?

Don't care and don't matter how many products a company produces. $50,000 in revenue does not make a company a success...especially with a high expenditure of Salaries and travel expenses.....and fees to directors for attending meetings.

And do explain the $4.5 million increase in Capital Surplus WITHOUT any long term debt or sale of stock or increase in cash shown. However did that capital get raised?
