I liked the company and the opportunity outweighed the risk until the RS proposal. I understand it won't happen tomorrow and may not happen for a while. But the authorization should happen soon and at that point you are at the mercy of the BOD. The market will figure out what it means and IMHO that puts a big damper on the upside regardless of when it happens. I have no idea where the stock goes from here short or mid term. I agree flipping it may make sense but IMHO the idea of buying it and holding for years and waking up rich like many have suggested is impossible with this proposed reverse split and worse would end up very ugly.
