After 15 emails with no response I decided to email the auditing Co. And yasheng's attorney. Within 1 hour of sending my email voicing my concerns to Mr. Chilton he responded.
Ms. Wuo is in China finalizing the 10k&10q. It has taken longer than expected do to the swap happening so close to yr end, and he informed me that the auditors won't respond since shareholders are not there clients which I expected. I feel better someone could she'd some light.
