HRNF - Wait a second...I though Mike was alleged to have broken securities laws...

The SEC won't shut it down. It is not a SEC-registered entity. I see that defunct companies are sometimes revoked, as some co's violating securities laws.....who knows.

HRNF shares can't be traded without a transfer agent. From what I've heard, there is no T/A.

It won't come back. The CEO Pagnano was/is a fraudster and stole pretty much everything from shareholders.

The company is no longer a viable entity, and has been revoked SINCE 9/23/2011 in Florida.

Oh wait...Wrong person breaking the laws!!!
