Can you cite a few past examples of anyone saying this in the last 3 years? Lots of talk about deals in general, but I don't recall a single instance of anyone saying he was actually striking deals.

Oh yeah, and let's not forget how well Leo has handled financing. The deal with Aspire is well above board compared to almost every startup bio I've seen. His track record in this area has been excellent. Very good at finding others to pay for much of the kevetrin trials to date as well. The list goes on. You don't move a pipeline as robust as Cellceutix with only a float of 77M http://finance.yahoo.com/q/ks?s=CTIX+Key+Statistics without knowing a thing or two about what you're doing.
