He can thank his sidekick Hoyt (whom I doubt is cutting any checks for the legal costs) for sealing the fate of his 70 plus shareholders. He has singlehandedly galvanized the TMMI shareholders against any form of sympathy or goodwill that could have prevented the outcome that LP and his 70 plus shareholders now face.
