What difference does it make how the accrue debt. Debt is debt. There is no interest on selling stock.

The float hasn't increased 30% the whole entire 7 years I've been an investor here...getting desperate and posting nonsense now...

Mills has done it right, no toxic financing or bad lending which lead to death spirals...ECSL is free and clear...and besides, with the cash coming in from Pilot, it's a non-issue going forward.
