Malc, you have made this claim over, and over and over again and will probally post again before the required 8Ka is finally filed!

We get it that you are so troubled by this! But take it Up with the SEC nobody here but you thinks that it is Fraud to be late with a filing?



1. The penalties for non-compliance can be severe

Can be not will be means maybe maybe not?

The only Black and White issue here is TALK is late in filing the 8Ka and we all know we will see that filed any day now!
